1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the pipvip platform and all of its services. "pipvip", "we", "our" or "platform" refers to the website https://pipvip.cam and all services under it. "User", "you" or "player" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or is using its services.

1.1 Scope of the Terms

These terms apply to all gaming activities, financial transactions, bonus offers and other services on the platform. pipvip reserves the right to change or update these terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any change will be taken as your acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To create an account on pipvip and use its services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a resident of Bangladesh.
• You may hold only one account in your name.

• You must play in your own name and for yourself — playing on behalf of others is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Account Verification

pipvip may request identity documents or other paperwork for account verification at any time. Some services may be restricted until verification is complete. If the required documents are not provided, the account may be suspended or closed.

2.2 Multiple Account Prohibition

It is strictly prohibited for one person to hold multiple accounts. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and any bonuses will be cancelled. Any winnings may also be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately via live chat. You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

pipvip processes financial transactions through the mobile banking methods commonly used in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

3.1 Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket.
• After a successful deposit, funds are generally added to the account instantly.
• The correct reference number must be used at the time of deposit — otherwise processing may be delayed.

3.2 Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may take additional time until verification is complete.
• pipvip reserves the right to suspend or cancel a withdrawal if fraud is suspected.

3.3 Currency and Tax

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Any applicable government taxes or duties are the responsibility of the user. pipvip does not provide tax advice.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

pipvip offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer is subject to specific terms and conditions.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000.
• Example: ৳1,000 deposit gets a ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: ৳42,000 deposit gets a ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳62,000.
• Wagering Requirement: 25x (on the bonus amount).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a set validity period — any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Bonuses can only be used on eligible games — certain games may be excluded.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• In the event of fraud or a breach of terms, pipvip reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any related winnings.
• pipvip reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

4.3 VIP Program

pipvip offers three VIP tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

Players are promoted to higher tiers by remaining regularly active. Each tier comes with additional benefits and priority service.

5 Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

pipvip is committed to ensuring fair play. All games are powered by verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Playing games using software, bots or automated methods.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Colluding with other players.

• Taking unfair advantage of any technical issue.

5.2 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted mid-way due to server outages, connection issues or technical errors, pipvip will make best efforts but is not obligated to provide compensation in all circumstances. The correct outcome will be determined by verifying the game data.

5.3 Game Results

In the event of a dispute over a game result, the server-side data will be considered final. pipvip's decision is final and binding.

6 Responsible Gaming

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pipvip bears no liability for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Problems arising from third-party software or services.
• Financial loss resulting from unauthorised account access.
• Unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure) such as natural disasters, government restrictions and the like.

10.1 Types of Damage

pipvip is not liable for any indirect, incidental or special damages. Maximum liability is always limited to the amount of the transaction in question.
